I'm on the Dorsic House Tower (The one that supplies Rondebosch/newlands/Kenilworth) and the speeds have been bloody awfull for the past week. Anyone else in the area having the same problem?

it's been up to @#$% since the evening of the 31st Oct. I do a daily update of my mcafee and have in the past got an average of about 50-60Kb p/sec. however since then i'm getting no better than about 20Kb p/sec. It's the worst i've had in the past 6 months and obviously no one know anything about or isn't aware of anything.... grrrr!
