I know there is a torrent threat, but my problem seems more specific. My torrents barely reach the 2 kb/s mark. On adsl the same torrents do at least 30 kb/s and at least ten times the amount of seeds/peers.
100% single with low FER. Browsing and downloading is very fast, so is using clients like Soulseek. But the torrents just plain suck.
Any remedy for this? Can you torrent on iBurst?
