Mark Headbush, CEO of WBS, confirmed that users on the 64 Kbps line will not be cut off. Their official policy is that only users who consistently use more than they have paid for are cut off but they are able to purchase more bandwidth in this instance.
Then why the hell was I cut off Mark? God damn I'm ready to go nuts

Last night 23h45 i just cant browse, FUNNY tho... wbs accesable, icq works
mirc didnt,i can ping i can tracert to google, but he proxy for web browsing is dead.
I reconnect and bingo i can brwose for 30 seconds then it dies.
reconnect again bingo, 30 secs later ............. same thing.

Guys I think WBS just cooked there goose, with me.......... I am ordering ADSL

I was a happy Iburster and a happy Tradepage Customer...........

but no more

ya, i couldnt care even it is not true. im sick of constantly doing there jobs for them, im sick of the crappy speeds, im sick of the orange web site, im sick of the poor pings...blah blah blah...im going back to dial up for a while then hopefully ADSL in a few months

I was also a happy customer...

Now I am ordering ADSL....!!! as soon as I can get someone to take my UTD and antenna for R2000 all inclusive.

So they're drafting a new AUP. I am willing to be that, amongst other things, the following will be on that AUP

* absolutely no p2p
* mail can only be sent using smtp.wbs.co.za
* Once you're capped, that's it

the utter gall of these people, like I just sat here and thought "hmm what can I make up about WBS today", thats it, I was thier biggest supporter and now they can kiss my ass, been called an abuser, criminal and now liar, **** you WBS, **** you right in the ear

i AGGREE SLIM, you been a staunch supporter, even defending WBS at times.
no wonder u feel as u do, BTW i think that myadsl need to draft a new mission statement............... something like,

MYADSL "TAKING THE FAKE ISP,S DOWN"

I also want to know if they have a new CEO.. I was wondering about that earlier today.

Well, he better have all his ducks in a row for this wave of customer dissatisfaction!

WBS aint an ISP they don't even offer 24 hour Customer Support, Don't they've money to pay about 2 staff members extra its been nearly over 3 months since they've launched and no 24 hour support what bull Dust...

I'd like to know what CAP is limit once Cap is reached what i really want to know last time when it was Launch accounts got suspended, and ppl who did over 5 gig all got there account suspended,

To me is 5 gig the limit, once capped can anyone get me answer on that ???
