Just to let everyone know - connectivity to many US sites will be down or *** slow due to a problem on the UUNET network.
Sadly, WBS seems to be unaware of this and not really interested in supplying answers....I'm just so tired of bad, uncaring service in this country.
To think I actually used to promote iBurst as a service to my friends and family.... Now, I simply tell them it should be fast but just don't expect ANYTHING when it comes to after sales service....
Shame, another great product ruined by a South African business.
It's funny when one reviews commets from the WBS team in the pre-launch days ... "we don't want to make Sentech's mistakes" ... "we'll be proactive" .... yawn .... another one bites the dust ....
