Ibust DC Hub #2 is now up. I have spoken to nab and we will sort out the DNS to point to the new server when he gets back from holiday. In the mean time, use the following:

Server: ibust-za.kicks-ass.net
Port: 20891

If you are using DC++, then you can enter the port and the address on the same line like so:

ibust-za.kicks-ass.net:20891

If you are unable to ping ibust-za.kicks-ass.net, then DNS must still update on your connection. In that case just use the IP address: 196.7.36.131

If you have any questions, PM me.

Great thanks for keeping the hub alive :w00t:

One, two, three, four, five,
Jonty's kept the hub alive.
Six, seven, eight, nine, ten,
So we can all log on again. :)

Big up to JontyB for continuing the legacy, and to Nabs for getting it started in the first place. :)

Now get your iBurst buddies online - the more users, the better the service!

oih why was i banned lastnight from the hub ??? "scratches head"

Hey DagegeN - a bot banned you, I unbanned you immediately afterwards and summarily changed the bot not to to that again.

*bad bot*

Ya those bots can be very annoying ;)

One problem I'm experiencing now that I never had with the last hub is that when I'm in the hub, and downloading all my usual torrents, I keep getting kicked from the hub, well I get a connection reset by server error and can't reconnect for about 30mins since it says my nickname is already in use.

Any idea why this would be?

My computer reset while i was connected and now it tells me the nick is already being used. How can i change that status?

One of the Ops should be able to kick your ghost. You still having this problem?

It sorted itself so yeah I guess one of the ops did fix it

Glad to hear. I lost my data partition, so I'm ripping/downloading like mad to get back up to 10GB sharing... :/

hmmm it says I've connected to the hub but there's nothiing... am I missing something?

Most of the time I try connecting I get an error saying "*** An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host." and then the one or two times I DO connect I only get 1kbs download rates (while my HTTP rates are around 60kbs) any idea what I'm doing wrong?
