ICT strategy plagiarised by Eastern Cape government

The Eastern Cape provincial government has withdrawn its ICT strategy plan after it was discovered that it was plagiarised from an international government document.

The Daily Dispatch reported that parts of the "Provincial Digital Transformation Framework and Strategy Plan 2020 - 2025" were copied nearly word-for-word from a 2015 document.

I have to wonder: How much did we pay for this copy paste jawb?

The only conclusion I can come to is this: The anc will steal anything not firmly bolted down and have zero respect for copywrite law!

did they move that Makuku woman from SARS IT dept to Eastern Cape? sounds like something she would have done, since she clearly didnt have a clue about IT when she was 'head' of SARS IT :D
if you cant do it, then wing it.
still as if thinking that a copy of international strategy will work in ZA is not bad enough, but an old idea at that.
sounds normal for cadre deployment
