Ideas to increase gees in the office?

We've started 2015 and hoping for one hell of a year this year! 2014 was rough on us all and I'm looking for some ideas to get a bit of gees going in the office!

Office Size: 20 people

HEH, alright, maybe that teambuilding/adventure thing might help, but as GreyBush mentioned, a nice coffee machine will help as well.

Don't have details on your operation, but maybe also take turns working half-day on Friday or something like that, if management would approve.

A monthly staff braai, as was already suggested.

The Wolf of Wall street was a fraudster and stole millions of dollars so you could probably hire a few ministers if you want your office full of those.
