Ideas to increase gees in the office?

HEH, alright, maybe that teambuilding/adventure thing might help, but as GreyBush mentioned, a nice coffee machine will help as well.

Don't have details on your operation, but maybe also take turns working half-day on Friday or something like that, if management would approve.

A monthly staff braai, as was already suggested.

Thanks for these guys, already do a staff braai and drinks every second Friday. Most of the staff are in sales

Can't get budget approval until targets are reached, so the cheaper the better until we can snowball

We've started 2015 and hoping for one hell of a year this year! 2014 was rough on us all and I'm looking for some ideas to get a bit of gees going in the office!

We don't do quite that (big company), but we do get free drinks every Friday after work, ie 16.30...

Team building doesn't always work. A social works well. For most people, but let the go-getter organise it and make it a tema effort. Eg. Someone will be the braaier. Someone brings the music. Etc. it gets everyone there. Then talk **** and have fun.
