If you own an S7 Edge, please help - Offline Dictate

Hi,
Just got an S7 Edge and have an issue downloading offline languages for Google voice dictate.

I want to see if it is my phone or the software (have tried re-formatting 3 times, no help)

If someone else with an S7 Edge can please try the following:

Please click on the google voice dictate icon on the keyboard, click on settings (the cog icon), click on 'offline speech recognition', click 'all', click on any other language other than 'English US' and try download.
Does it download successfully?

It seems to download for 2 seconds then hang but still think it is downloading.
