Something hit me about it.Just a thought, but I might be right.
Ok, so sentech is gonna monitor this stuff. And try to shape 'illegal' downloads or stop them or whatever.

Great :) If they do not report these illegal downloads, they themselves are commiting crimes for not reporting it.
(Right ??)

So, if they make a press release saying they have been stopping illegal downloads, we should lay a charge against them for not reporting the crime.

They can probably come back and say that no, they cannot say for sure they stopped illegal downloads, but try... something like that.
And we can pop that in the press again, saying that they dont know what they are doing.

In the end, it would be nice to be able show themselves contradict themselves.

Blah random idea, I'm still busy drinking my coffee :)

Uhm, a lawyer should jump in here.... BUT... there is no legal duty to report a crime witnessed - just a moral one ...

I might be off the mark here.
