Illegal Post Office Strikes

So some post office branche or hub is illegally striking again and a huge mess is the consequence. My question is:

Why are those lazy ****ers not just replaced by people that actually want to work in a country with such high unemployment rate?

If I imagine some blokes to illegally strike in any other company, I would believe the boss will just fire them and get other guys to work.

Any thoughts?

Pretty much. As soon as you get unions involved it's game over for whatever you had planned. They will usually riot and strike until you give into their demands. With corporates it's a different story as most people who work for them aren't unionised, which is why you never see call center operators, marketing agents, or law clerks striking.
