Webafrica does host an authorisation server if im correct? If other accounts work fine, then it must be with that box.. Any of the WA members above care to comment?
I have had nothing else but excellent service from WA and honestly have no reason to complain. I feel sorry for the guys who had problems so far as it is very frustrating.
A problem I experienced a while ago was Telkom-related and it was not WA, but WA took it upon themselves and solved the problem for me in no time.
