Import data into Excel

I need to get the ABSA live forex rates into Excel, so Data>From Web, put in the website https://www.absa.co.za/indices/exchange-rates/ and it tells me not able to view in IE switch to Edge/FF/Chrome, tried this one http://cib.absa.co.za/liverates/pages/default.aspx too but Excel doesn't pick up the table and asks for login credentials when selecting the whole page.

Any ideas, need specifically the ABSA "sell" USD, Euro and Pound rates.

Currently using a mid-market rate and guestimating which isn't ideal.
