Importing Car from UK. - Best shipping agent to use?

My soon-to-be- father - in - law has asked me to find out the procedure to bring his car over from the UK.

Will regular shipping agents do this sort of thing? he is quite pedantic to put it mildly so one-man shows will not suffice, must be a fully functioning company with a street address and guys who can answer overly complicated questions bout SARS and pricing etc..

Does he have perminent residence here ? is he immigrating to SA ? If not its going to be alot of trouble plus 100% customs duty on the vehicle
