Importing Xbox360

Please Help!
My sisters in the US and comint back next week, so it will be alot cheaper to but the Xbox over there. But Ive heard that games bought in SA wont work on a Xbox bought in the US. Is this true for all games or only for some?

You need to see if they are region free and then NTSC or PAL specific or not.

Our Xboxes are Pal and Region 2.

So generally no they won't work...

Are Xbox360 games the same as the old xbox in terms of region coding?

nope the developers get to decide if a game is region free, currently all ubisoft games have been region free

seeing the local launch date closer it might be worth buying it in SA, warranty benefits will also come into play should you have any issues with the unit.
