Improving fibre connectivity in SA needs to be a team effort

I think current strategy is not bad: rolling out massive backbone infrastructure first like connecting 22000 towers to Fibre then use the same route to roll out FTTH and FTTB
Recently I tried to find out if is possible to apply for FTTB if your neighborhood has Fibre on the ground "backbone infrastructure" Vodacom was unable to help me
