1) Stats SA could at least get https on their site.

2) This report shows exactly why inequality is a stupid measure. There are two ways of decreasing it, making the poor rich, or the rich poor.

With white people the latter reason is why inequality is "better", whilst black people's inequality is worse

It is a thing even though steps have been taken to correct things, SOEs are mostly the culprits in this regard, I think we all understand why.
Telkom admitted to it not too long ago and even signed an agreement with organised labour to correct the disparities.
