Hey guys, so I just want to throw a hypothetical to you guys. If, for example, you signed up with an ISP for a specific package, let's say 100/10 download/upload respectively, costing R1000, but when they sent your order confirmation, and this showed that the package they have confirmed for you was 100/50 download/upload at R1000. Then once you're up and running, you see that the invoice billed is for 100/10 at R1000 and the speed you're getting reflects the same. What would you do? I mean, I'm not trying to con my ISP, but should I not get what is in the order confirmation? What are your guys thoughts?

Please note all the speeds and prices I used are made up.

Thanks!

Not hypothetical anymore?

Got What you paid for?
Lol, nah I'm perfectly happy with my line, like you said I'm getting what i paid for. The reason I ask is because yes this is exactly what happened (except for the speeds and prices) and someone else told me to give the ISP a call to get the higher upload speed due to their mistake, which in my mind is all it is, a mistake, we all make them, at least they charged me the correct price. So I was just curious to see what others thought of the situation.
