Increase in dropped calls.

Anyone notice this in recent months? Last year I would occasionally have it where I would phone someone and it would not ring. Just silence. Maybe once a week. I would just redial and it would work.

But in recent months, I have literally had about 75% of my calls dropped in busy areas. I have tried to phone a friend from the mall 6 times in quick succession, each time it drops the call without even ringing. I got through on the 7th time, but the voice quality was so bad that I had to hang up anyway.

I am pulling my hair out with CellC. I wouldn't be surprised if all this necessary expenditure to fix their network puts them under, as has been speculated in the press.

I had the same problem and the realised that my phone was roaming. Just switch your phone to allow data roaming.
I did phone the call centre and they assure me that there will not be extra costs.
