Incredible Connection explains slow deliveries

Incredible Connection has provided feedback on why customers have suffered delays in getting their purchases delivered.

The tech retailer’s social media platforms, as well as websites like HelloPeter, have been flooded with complaints from customers saying their essential deliveries had not been delivered weeks after they were ordered.

Had a terrible experience with them, their website listed storage as an essential item that would be delivered during the lockdown. Placed an order for an external hard drive and an SD card on the 17th April, a week later still nothing. Used their online chat to enquire and was told not all items were essential i.e only certain brands as if there were some sort of essential sale on items.

Eventually got delivered on the 30th April however received the wrong SD card. Visited their physical store on 2nd May and was told that an invoice was not generated yet and they unable to swap it out or refund me. Invoice was only sent to me this morning, now need to go through the hassle of going back to the store to correct their mistake.

Even in November 2019 I ordered stuff and it only arrived in January.

I think people buying stuff from incredible misconception is either desperate, or just plain dumb.

There are so many other alternatives at better prices

Actually they were the best price for those items.

They have to explain more than just slow deliveries.

Like why don't they keep track of stock availability? They sell items that they cannot source. Even when realized, they don't go pull the product off the site, they keep selling it.

They also don't keep in contact with the customer. Buy something and wait. And wait. And wait. Enquire about your order and lo and behold, it is out of stock. Sorry you had to ask about your order because we can't take the initiative ourselves.

Lesson : don't ever buy online if you can get your goods at the nearest mall.
And here's the best part..
You can touch and feel and check out your goods before paying for them.. No mistakes to rectify. So effective and efficient for you.

Incredible connection is really useless. I ordered headsets in March already. They cannot even tell me where it is. Everyday I chat to support they just say I will escalate it like some dumb robot reading from a script.
I understand why these places won't make it in the end. If you willing to sell something at least notify the person who ordered it why it is delayed or whats happening. Communication is key. Well lesson learnt spread the word to not support them anymore AT ALL!!

I ordered a printer for my business on the 14th of May 2020. No tracking info nothing. I eventually got a printer from Takealot no problem.

Trying to contact anyone at Incredible Connection is like farting against thunder. Online platforms don’t work. Emails no reply. Their helpline doesn’t get answered and you have to wait 2 hours in a chat queue as nr 6 to get through and even then nothing gets resolved.

so basically they are sitting with my money and I can’t get a refund.

Goodness me. I bought a camera on BF and I needed it by today, their site cited 2-5 business days :/ they were cheaper than Takealot.

I ordered on Monday and got mine delivered today.
There was no feedback until yesterday. They dont communicate well what the status of the package is.
Im just glad I got my stuff.

I ordered an item from them on Wednesday, and crickets so far beyond "Ready to Pick" for 2 days near as damnit now.

I have to wonder when physical stores like this will cotton on to the concept that efficiency in delivery is probably even more critical than price point.
