Now I have complained to the company in question as I want to return the furniture for a refund, though they show no interest in getting back to me to sort this out. Whenever I call the secretary I speak to says she has passed the complaint on to the owner and he will get back to me, though never does. This has been going on for a few weeks now.
My question is what recourse do I have to get them to take the furniture back?
