So anyway , thought I'd share my experiences with my issue,
... very impressive considering they so small and unknown in SA.
I concur!!

My phone is almost a year old and the battery no longer gives me 2 days. I emailed Chrissy (supportsa@xtouchdevice.com) about availability of replacement batteries on Monday and today she has couriered two to me here in PE for the princely sum of R224 :)

I'm very impressed with the service and the phone.

I just picked up a brand new InnJoo One 3G for R1200 as a secondary device to use as a back up and a wi fi hot spot at home and I am really impressed . It has to be the best bang for buck device at the sub R1500 mark that iv come accross .

The build quality is really good with a metal frame and glass back and front , it really does feel very premium . Specs wise for R1200 I also cant complain as it has proved to be more than fine for everyday use with 2gb Ram as well . They use their own version of android (with a skin on it) which reminds me alot of the Huawei skin which I had used before so I got used to it fairly quickly but in the end I changed the launcher to the Google Now launcher and its even better .

It came with a back cover in the box (granted its not the greatest and wont offer to much protection) and a leather flip cover which is pretty nice . As I said really great bang for buck in my opinion . Iv only had it now for the past 24hrs and was considering doing a review or a bit of a write up for anyone who might be interested .

Mine he did exact same thing, took it to innjoo in midrand
Swapped battery, for free problem solved, batteries in early batches are faulty
Especially if your are unmarked plain batteries,
Get swapped with branded batteries

@ B@rrels did you also get the spot on the screen That I had?

Wife phone now 10 months old and mine 8 months. Still very happy with it. I've used it in the rain, my wife works with hair chemicals, its fallen and its been sat on numerous times and never an issue.

While it may not be the best phone on the market it sure has been the best value for us.

I only plan to upgrade soon as I want a larger screen and my 9yr old son is now due for an upgrade to his Blackberry. Wife has no interest in upgrading.

Hi all,

thought Id ask, has anybody recently gotten anything back from innjoo SA?

my battery started inflating once again, so I passed by innjoo SA offices in Midrand once again,
office is locked up, carpets and couch gone, nobody home, no signs either to where they moved to,

spoke to the security guard at the gate, was told they closed up shop in SA, packed up the weekend of the 28 of OCT,
just sent them a mail to the 3 people I dealt with previously, eric jinn, chrissy and innjoo support worldwide,

got a bounce back from eric jinn, no reply (yet) from the others, but if needs be will return to takealot.com my phone,

it should still be covered right?

Innjoo definitely closed up shop in SA, shame what a nice phone it was until the battery inflated and lost charge,
checked innjoo.com no service location available in SA, only Kenya or Egypt still around,

hopefully takealot wont mess me around too much as my phone is being fixed,

Takealot gave me a full refund for mine after I returned it with a swollen battery

That's great, as mine is on its way back, sad to let it go,
But warrantee was about to expire in end of nov, so before it's too late and I can't fix the phone,

Get it refunded,
