Dear Telkom,

I am writing to inquire about the application process for establishing a cellphone tower in Emdeni, Qhobosheane, Sterkspruit, Eastern Cape. The current tower is located at a considerable distance from the majority of households, resulting in consistently poor network signal quality.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Sincerely,
Olwethu Mhaka

Please Note Eastern cape voted for the ANC and a a result we will not be erecting any new towers in the area.

Hi Epah,

Could you please clarify the role of the mentioned political party in this request? This is a significant opportunity for network growth. I am advocating on behalf of a broad range of current network users with whom I have interacted during my visits to the area over the past few years.

Thank you.

Best regards,
Olwethu Mhaka

The ANC is against growth, This simply means Eastern Cape citizens are anti-growth too according to their votes, and as a business we cannot invest in a province like that. We are in the business of making money and we will not get any returns in this case.

In summary, it appears that you prefer not to have any affiliation with the ANC, based on the content of the thread. Thank you for the information.

I second what Epah is saying here.
The ANC also promised us a free lunch and we had to pay for our own KFC. Then we got asked to pay R2 for charity and when we didnt the cashier told us their KPI would be affected.
So if the ANC promises to buy us a Street Wise 5 every day then we might consider putting in a tower, but only if they also give us the coleslaw.
