A house in Bantry Bay, Cape Town, has just sold for a mind-bending R290 million - making it one of the most expensive residential purchases in the country.

I'm not happy with it though, I'm probably gonna end up demolishing 60% of it & then bring in my awesome gay interior decorator to sort the schite out. People have no taste these days
