That is like still staying on Windows XP. Microsoft is moving online completely. So you might as well start the process now as they wont do further development on the offline software. It will just be app wrappers of the online outlook.are you using new outlook??

You should then see all your Outlook Calendars if logged in with the same account in both Outlook and Teams.
It will only show the calendars for the same account being used in outlook and teams, unless you create shared calendars and set that up. But without screenshots from both your outlook calendar and teams calendar, obviously hiding any personal information, will be difficult to understand what the issue is.New Calendar is ticked.
