Intermittent connection

I have been having an intermittent connection on and of for over a month. During this last week I called support twice- the second time was Friday. It was apparently escalated to Frogfoot but I have had no feedback at alll and it is still bad it disconnects every 5 minutes and then I have to reconnect. It makes working very difficult. I work Sundays so this lack of response is impacting my productivity

Is there any chance of getting feedback from frogfoot, or better still can they come and sort out my issue- it is just so unprofessional to deliver this type of service
