The only thing these South African courts know how to do is postpone cases. No wonder crime is so bad, criminals never seem to actually be prosecuted so the ones still out there have nothing to fear

Yep, and am not sure if it's due to backlogs or what. And then some ambitious company called sanrail wants to add to that load. Idiots!

Case must be postponed for further investigations. Or do you expect the State to present its case without evidence?
