Researchers and regulators say Joseph Mercola, an osteopathic physician, creates and profits from misleading claims about Covid-19 vaccines.

An interesting readAfter rollout under emergency authorisation, manufacturers of covid-19 vaccines now have their sights on regulatory approval. But what’s the rush, asks Peter Doshi , and is just six months of data from now unblinded trials acceptable? In April 2021, Pfizer and Moderna announced efficacy results...www.bmj.com
“Sponsors of EUA products are encouraged to follow up the EUA with a pre-market submission so that it can remain on the market once the EUA is no longer in effect.”16 But EUAs have no built-in expiry date—in fact, 14 EUAs for Zika diagnostic tests remain active despite the public health emergency expiring in 2017.
Maybe now the idiots who still bang on about “experimental” vaccines can read that and gain a bit more knowledge about the approval process.
?????Finally, it may affect the potential for vaccine mandates: “It is unlikely these vaccines will be mandated while an EUA is in place. Remember that currently these vaccines are still considered experimental.”
While still under EUA, an increasing number of educational and other institutions have already mandated vaccines, but debates over the legality of these actions has hinged on the distinction between authorisation and approval.19
The daily updates should've stopped world-wide a long time ago, or maybe done in the waves, as this watching the stats over 18 months so far isn't right either.Israel has stopped giving daily breakdown stats by vax status for hospitalization, severity, death, etc Only cases given by vax status now. Interesting... btw, use the MoH Telegram channel for the data.
Consider these Covid-19 mysteries:
How do we solve these mysteries? Michael Osterholm, who runs an infectious disease research center at the University of Minnesota, suggests that people keep in mind one overriding idea: humility.
- In India — where the Delta variant was first identified and caused a huge outbreak — cases have plunged over the past two months. A similar drop may now be underway in Britain. There is no clear explanation for these declines.
- In the U.S., cases started falling rapidly in early January. The decline began before vaccination was widespread and did not follow any evident changes in Americans’ Covid attitudes.
- In March and April, the Alpha variant helped cause a sharp rise in cases in the upper Midwest and Canada. That outbreak seemed poised to spread to the rest of North America — but did not.
- This spring, caseloads were not consistently higher in parts of the U.S. that had relaxed masking and social distancing measures (like Florida and Texas) than in regions that remained vigilant.
- Large parts of Africa and Asia still have not experienced outbreaks as big as those in Europe, North America and South America.
“We’ve ascribed far too much human authority over the virus,” he told me.[/quote\
Plenty of people have been saying for a long time that the behaviour of the authorities is behind the loss of trust.Yip I happen to agree. There seems to currently be a frenzy for all to get vaccinated, where natural immunity from past infection is probably as good or even better.
As scientists, we have been stunned and disheartened to witness many strange scientific claims made during this pandemic, often by scientists.www.smerconish.com
0.0132% hospitalization of population amongst the unvaccinated? That's really some great data, thank you. Some great data from France.
Rate of hospitalisation among unvaccinated people: 132 per million
Rate of hospitalisation among fully-vaccinated people: 16 per million
From the article:
"Two out of every 100 people hospitalized with Covid-19 between June 28 and July 4 were already fully vaccinated against the disease, revealed the General Directorate of Health (DGS) during the meeting at Infarmed this Tuesday morning. In the intensive care units (ICU), 5% of hospitalized patients had also completed the vaccination schedule."
Oh look an arm chair expert, quite literally.
I watched like 10 seconds and nearly buggered my tv up.

I am so f......ing fedup with this ****
It looks like they’re trying to use this variant as a justification to maintain restrictions like mask use. The guy from the CDC is right that they’ve been trying to hype the Delta variant for months.
Bad move I rate. Those who are not vaccinated in the US by now have chosen not to be. So let them suffer the consequences and lift all restrictions. Nothing will change these people's minds except (and only in some cases) witnessing the virus first hand.
