It's 1h40 am and we seem to have lost international again :(

Aye, that it did ..but I suspect we saw some kind of switchover happening too. I say this 'cos I've also chafed and fretted ;) at the lack of anything happening, but I've just pulled in 14 concurrent webpages (all graphics, it's my daily webcomic fix) in seconds! Also, for the first time tonight the torrent I'm nurturing has finally picked up steam.

face the truth.... Luke7777

Latency is an issue , international disconnects due to extremely high latency is a problem

local general latency is 800 - 900 ms on you fav

Not sure what you're trying to say...Are you saying MyWi has local latency of 800-900 ? :D Anyway, you're missing the point...and the point of the thread. Please go sell iBurst to the people asking for it....or develop your webpage, looks like you have enough spare time....

Hi.
Latency is an issue with some products, while others have much better latency. You should check out your options with different wireless broadband products.

Some existing clients have 800 - 900ms latency for local sites and thats why they change

*sigh* Fantastic1, NOTHING about this thread was in any way related to latency, but the fact of no int'l bandwidth, at least at the time of posting by ejbengine and myself. From what you're spewing here, you don't show any experience of the particular problem, and all your .sig tells us is that you're an iBurst user; I see nothing there that tells me you know the square root of jack about the Sentech-user experience.

What you've done here is nothing more than a badly executed off-topic troll that just leaves a bad taste (partly) in the direction of KZN-ers ..not unlike this other thread ..maybe they'll be quick to *ahem* "thank" you for your input. Meanwhile, be glad you've only ended up looking like a doofus troll here, and didn't actually shoot a real bullet through a/your actual foot.

It's called bad karma ...some people just invite *** to themselves

i heard that my wireless is pumping in speeds :) signal quality is excellent in all areas... no international disconnects and emails downloading super fast ... before the sending party presses Send ... if you using mywireless it is already received in inbox of receiving person

looks like its all over PM

damn! it's like conditional mind training, get a girl used to speed faster than a 56k modem, and then every now and then, yank it away from her just to bring her in line

try using an alternative solution.... this will be a good conditional mind training .. like going from 8kb (on your service) to something in the region of 850kb :)

Let me quote from the Sentech notifications board:

Maintenance will be performed on our network on 02 May from 01:00 to 04:00. HTTP services will be affected.
