Lately the IS news server has been giving alot of problems.

Is there a international news server that can be used by either Saix / Sentech / Iburst people ?? *A good working international news server*

More ppl moving away from IS might give them a reason to sort themselves out.

Not only that, IS news server runs good at certian times... and very poorly at most other times.. But they also block people using Saix, Iburst and Sentech , or any other wireless provider.

Only alternative would be a international one.

What a pleasure. Being a paid service they offer good bandwidth and you can download at full speed unlike IS's "it's free so you cannot complain about it not working" option.

Why not just get unlimited for $15 at newshosting which is one of the best international servers available? I guess if youre not on a 4mb it wouldnt really matter, but if you are like some of us....we pull over 30 gigs in one session...ask Ziglet he can back me up on that one. I think he refers to it as "raping" the ISP lol

Why doesn't IS offer a paid service with decent bandwith, uptime etc. Would save all that traffic from having to go intl. Better for everyone.

Because we live in South Africa. We cannot even begin to compete with the type of infrastructure they have overseas.
