Hello,
Been reading at the Cell C site but couldn't find anything, so they allow prepaid SIMs to roam internationally? (ie in the US etc). Got some friends leaving soon, and even though they will be picking up AT&T sims they just need their number for OTP sms and the like if they need to do banking.
