All I can say is, there are definite advantages to having this forum locally hosted

Noticed that as well, also there is no reverse DNS entry, checked with UUNET (they provide WBS IP allocation) this won't be changing anytime soon. This makes hosting web & mail servers less effective. Also if you try ping an Iburst address from the states it gets blocked before it hits South African networks.

Thanks Anakin, luckily local didn't seem to be too affected, so I was not all that concerned. I assumed it was probably out of WBS' control.
