International speed terrible tonight?

I'm getting 105kbps dl from speakeasy.net (NY) on VC HSDPA. Do the same test on iBurst and get 466kbps.

On the other hand local speeds are great, HSDPA faster to iBurst's speedtest site than from iBurst itself.

International seems to be a problem on a few providers: I am struggling on iBurst, and I saw some posts on MyWireless' side as well

Think I heard work are going to be done on some backhaul links on the Telkom network...
