Anyone else had buffering issues when streaming from international sources over Home Connect?
I have a 20/2 fibre line with them. Speedtests are showing good speed and decent latency. But when I stream it buffers endlessly on HD,

Point is I dont have this issue when setting up a VPN to my brother's fibre connection and breakout via his ISP. I also tested some VPN services (breaking out via another ISP) and also no buffering on international traffic. No evidence I am being throttled but certainly a difference when I break out to international traffic between Home-Connect and other ISP's.

H-C are at this stage investigating with their international carrier but no resolution yet.

Just wanted to know if I am the only H=C customer to have this experience on international streaming.

If your streaming involves Twitch, try the Twitch 5 browser extension for the browser of your choice for an improved Twitch streaming experience, no matter how much buffering issues you currently have :)

Nope not Twitch. But its clear as daylight that there is something of a contention issue with H-C's international carrier. Buffering is horrible this evening. Again, going via another ISP, no issues

Telkom does the same to me like this past weekend I have 20mg unacapped unlimited paying premium for max 5mg that I actually get. Telkom is the biggest fraudster around.

There were some major fibre breaks earlier.
