Internet Explorer fails to use Bluetooth Dun

I'm using my nokia 6680 on a Bluetooth DUN connection but nothing in windows will use the connection only Opera set on 'opera browser identification' :mad:
with the proxies enable on all ports.Is there a way to make iExplorer or my windows reconize the connection :confused:
