Internet in Hazeldean, Pretoria East

I recently moved into an apartment in Oukraal Apartments in Hazeldean, Pretoria East. It seems that this area is out of coverage for all LTE and Fibre options currently available? Does anyone know if and when these will be available and what the best option in the interim is?

My brother in law lives close by and he uses a WISP called Bronberg I think
