I might, and what are you talking about ?

If it's not a time share but an actual business oppertunity. I would be interrested

Its an actual investment no time share The investment is for a 14 person lodge and campsite in the N.E. area of Botswana. All the Big 5 occur in the area.

If your looking for a game ranger for the place, please let me know. One of my friends is a game ranger and looking for a more permanent job.

Up past Francistown? Closer to Zim or Zambia? The delta would have been a more 'lucrative' area, North eastern bots is pretty desolate

If you have a business plan I would like to have a look at it ;)

I should have some cash lying around as from end of February. I will honestly be interrested. But more details are required. Like mentioned, maybe a website or something.

Hi all, thanks for the feedback. We are small shareholders in a camp called Elephantsands just North of Nata. And I would like to set up another camp further North. Email me: clivemoffett@gmail.com for more info. Thanks

Sounds awesome.

What I would like to know is the following:

1. Do you need money to fund the buildings of such a camp
2. Is this funds part of allocating the land or do you own the land already

Once the above 2 have been answered.

1. Do you have a current client base and your expanding because of the need to grow
2. If this is not the case, what kind of dividend can I expect on an investment of R 100 000.00 as an example per annum. Also what kind of a share does one get for R 100 000.00

Hi Pittbull
The funds are needed for the building of the camp eg. cement bases for the East Africa Style tents, Abllutions, Restuarant etc. The land is a 99 year concession from the Twana Land Board Chief and the lease is minimal. The camp wil not be built in a National Park so all those limitations do not apply. We already have a client base which is the overflow from Elephantsands. Pax heading North. The whole concept is NOT to do the Delta type Safari $1000.00 per night. But to aim at the more affordable self drive, self walk type of safari. I have a business plan based on the one we used at Elephantsands.

The ROI depends on a lot of factors!
From experience it varies from 10% to 25% PA

Will keep your e-mail still end of February. No need to discuss these things now if I don't have the cash on me :D
