Invoices.... late...

Am I the only one who received and invoice for my activation and first month (Which was march 2005) three days ago?

Yup, - I was activated in July and waited 2 months for my first account. That was only after I phoned them and queried. They had got my billing details wrong as in no branch no for a cr card.

I explained nicely that there is no branch no for a credit card and w/i 3 days received notification my cr card was charged. Been OK since then.

Since I cancelled as at end Jan, I will obviously contact my cr card co and instruct them to refuse future payts to WBS as I doubt if they will get it right judging from posts here.

Furthermore took me two months to get them to charge me and that was because they put my branchcode as my bank account.

i get it automatically emailed to me... but for some reason it goes to my work email... which i have never given them

I have never seen or recieved any invoices or for that matter any emails from wbs except for a BW report every now and then, but they do deduct payment from my bank account every month.
