I see thanks,i thought it was a 2nd income somehowIOT is about internet connectivity where all devices/things no matter how small or unexpected will be connected to the internet. Think about a belt connected to the internet that measures your steps, waist size, etc. or your shoes or pen etc etc.
Its a new buzz word like the cloud used to be and a lot of people are trying to ride the buzz and associate anything and everything with it.
It's a lot more than that, it's about sensors and other 'things' communicating with each other and responding to each other, over the internet, without any human intervention. For example, imagine if traffic lights were all connected via the internet and also to mobile phones with GPS so they could change according to current traffic conditions. If you're driving late at night and the roads are quiet you will always have green lights because the system is aware of you (from your phone) and other drivers. When the roads are busy it could use algorithms to change lights as to ease congestion and facilitate flow. All without human intervention.IOT is about internet connectivity where all devices/things no matter how small or unexpected will be connected to the internet.
