Ipad Air 2 Double Typing issue

Hi Guys

I have this issue when I type anything the letters or numbers are duplicated or triplicated.
I reset my ipad air 2 to factory setting thinking this would solve the issue but the same thing happens.

examples like -"Thhis iss aaa teestt"


Cant log in to even setup my gmail ,cant input numbers as password with all being duplicated at each touch of the keyboard.

Have you tried giving the screen a good clean?
