iPad Air : Are there alternate keyboards?

My question is simple. Are there alternate keyboards to the stock KB that comes with the OS for 8.3. I am so used to using Swype or similar in Android. Anything which will making typing easier and perhaps have some sort of predictable text?

iOS 8+ has it built in.

Nuance make the keyboard for Android as well, it should be pretty similar.
