I got a call back earlier today with some excuse about an issue with the waybill and the courier would contact me at 2. Heard nothing.Got a call from Masmart yesterday. So now the story is some more phones will be LANDING today (CORE) next round of distribution in new week. Gatvol now. The guy was also at a loss for words when I told him that I had received absolutely ZERO communication form Massmart explaining the delay, said he would forward email explaining the situation. Still waiting for email. Clown show!
I have no idea who is in charge of online sales at Makro but they should really be sacked.
