Did anyone who ordered through Makro get their complimentary charger?

I only got back home a couple days ago and the box they sent only had the phone in it. I've emailed them asking about it.

Still trying to get Makro to send me the free charger they promised me.

Had no response to my ticket from mid-November until 2 days ago when a human eventually replied but just saying they're transferring my ticket to another department

I'm really not worried about a charger, it's just the damn principle of the thing. Don't tell somebody that you're doing something and then just not do it, I'll fight this thing if it takes me the entire year.
