I am currently a Blackberry User and i want to make the switch to iPhone.
Cell C have a very good deal - iPhone 4 (incl. 50 Min, 50 SMS, 450MB Data) for R294 PM x 24.

I want to know: How is the cell c network with iphones in terms of data speed, calls ect.
And will 45OMB of data last me a month with an iPhone? I use Facebook, Whatsapp alot and i browse the new quite often.

Thanks

It's brilliant. The iPhone is basically made for the Cell C network. Reception is outstanding.

450mb should last you a month. Whatsapp and email use quite little data, with Facebook and web browsing, yeah you can get by on 450mb. Browsing a lot will obviously chow it, along with tethering to your PC etc.

I think Cell C let you buy bundles at 0.15c a MB now, even in contracts, which is pretty sweet. Yeah they are the dogs bollocks. Oh and consider the iPhone 4S if you can afford it, it really is a lot faster and better. But the iPhone 4 is still sweet, particularly if you're coming from BB!

Great. I have WiFi at work so i can probably connect to that most of the day. I am going to miss the Blackberry social interaction with family and friends but iPhone is on a whole different level

If you have Wifi at home and work then you might get by with 150MB per month.

I would wait another month to see what the new iPhone will offer. I'm sure Cell C with have them stock when it arrives in SA.
