iPhone 5S and iOS 8.3 update Problem with TrackerSA app

does anyone know how i can get in contact with the developer of the app?

my dad just updated to iOS 8.3 and Tracker SA app is showing Small Screen after the phone updated.

i notice there was a bug fix for iPad in january this year for the same issue. :/

should he take it to a Apple store and back up the phone and revert to previous version or wait for update to the app

Try contacting the developer. Apple will not assist in anyway with this as it is a 3rd party application. Secondly, you cannot downgrade the version to 8.2 now that you have done the update.
