iPhone 6s 128GB

Hi guys,
Anyone with a 128GB 6s experiencing laggy issues out there?
I got a brand new 128GB replacement yesterday for my previous 128GB 6s which has a vibrator issue.The new phone is just slow at times,say i click an app and it takes about 5-10sec to open.When the phone has been on standby,if i click the home button it won't respond sometimes yet before this phone i used a 6s 64GB which was flawless,no lags whatsoever.
Im not running a lot of apps on the phone and its still empty,no music and a just a few pictures,CPU usage will be around 15% yet you have to wait for the phone to respond to your commands.
I have noticed this happens mostly after the phone has been on standby and a few times during normal use.
I gave the 64GB to the wife and now I'm on the 2nd 128GB and not happy at all.

Just remember.. until the phone is done restoring form iCloud (assuming you restore from there) it will be laggy.

Everything has finished restoring,only had like 1GB back up stuff,i don't back up my pics and videos to iCloud.

Restore it and see from there if it improves
