Doubt it - it's not even available in the states yet and afaik they havent announced their intentions internationally.

Don't know why you'd want a phone that does'nt even have 3G though. And how do you type an sms on a iphone?

Chances are it would have 3G once it is outside of the US market.

It has a qwerty layout for the touch screen so I would guess typing out a sms would be fairly straight forward.

Well, I have never come across anyone that has a 3G phone. Hell, even the biggest selling(and most advanced) phones at the moment (Samsung Dxxx) dont even have 3G

My SonyEricsson P990i has 3G and it can be used as a 3G modem for a desktop/laptop.

I work with 5000 people that use 3G phones, everyday I see 3G phones, restaurants, gym, shopping centres they everywhere.

Different worlds it seems. What people consider here for a phone, is
1) How good looking is it
2) How small is it. Smaller the better
3) How good the camera is

After that, people dont really give a damn

Cape Town is always a year behind the rest of the country. The call it the 'mother city', cause it takes 9 months for anything to happen.
