hey Guys

I reset my iphone 3GS today by going to settings-general-reset and selecting the one that resets everything.A load bar appeared and then the apple logo that always shows up when starting the devise shows but it does not load

I have tried turning it back off and on and nothing is happening I am so worried I paid for this phone cash!

Please help

try holding the top button and home button in for 10 seconds together to try reboot the phone.

if you run out of options you can try doing a restore in itunes. this will reload the firmware. Your phone will be like new again.

Hey gambit

I have turned it off by holding down the on/off button and the home button at the same time. It does turn off but when you turn it back on it just shows the apple logo.

If I plug it into the PC it is not picked up ether.

Hey guys :)

Thanks for all the help! I got it to do a force restore on the devise and itunes is download version 3.1.2 :( I really don't want 3.1.2 but I will do anything to fix it even if it means I cant jailbreak it.

Thanks again :)

Are you resetting it because of problems waking from sleep? That's a known issue that's fixed in the last firmware (thank goodness - I thought my phone was dying).
