Hi there
I need some help normally I make my own albums from all my music to have a bit off a mix, I used sharepoint to extract my music from my ipod to my pc if I need to add more music or change what ever is on it.
But recently my ipod don't appear on the device section of the windows explorer so sharepoint or Ifunbox do not pick the device up anymore.
I have tried to uninstall every trace of Apple and re-installed the Itunes 12.3 on my Win 7 laptop.
Still no ipod is showing up.
Everywhere it states I need to make it Disk Mode set to On but the new Itunes don't have that option anymore
My Ipod is at the newest update version it can be on, so there is nothing I can do there and I have reset it previously to see if that solves it, but no luck
