IPTV Freezing

Dear All,
recently I have got Easybox IPTV which requires 5mb line, currently I have 8mb line with Mweb, very clear picture in particular during the day, however during the day no issues but starting afternoon and night time, picture keep freezing every few seconds which make it impossible to watch. not sure where the issue is. tried with Mweb with no avail. does anyone else have the same issue or maybe have a solution?

Probably network congestion so your bandwidth gets slowed down. Sometimes a upgrade to 10mbps wil help but usually a network "fix" is needed to stop the interruptions. If you can try drop the video quality

will try and check 10mbps , however cannnot change the video quality it is already configured. some of the channels already broadcast HD quality, i.e. Sky various channels.

It looks like IP-TV costs R500 for 1 month or R5000 for 12 months. Apparently you need a Roku receiver, which is another R1500 or maybe R3200 cash.

Just sent you a PM - It seems your exchange could be congested. Ouch to that price though. It hurts just looking at it. Wonder if Multichoice have a finger in that pie?
